Tart, Pleasant Acidity, Cracked Wheat, Earth, White Wine Tannins.
Barrel Aged Bad Faith starts off as a straightforward witbier, but has no intention of finishing as one. Beginning with a classic celis yeast, fresh orange peel, orange juice and coriander, we then age it in Bad Faith dedicated wine barrels for 6 months with our mixed culture to fully transform its primary essence.
Some of the brewer's favorite mixed culture bottle offering to date because it is low on the acid has really pleasing ripe orange, pineapple, apricot character mixed with natural barnyard funk. It is very drinkable and complex, without being puckering.

Hazy, golden color. Fizzy, white head. Orange zest, malt, wood, and light funky notes in the aroma. Slightly tart taste with herbal bitterness. Can't say that again improved this beer drastically.
