Pale golden color. Thin, white head. Fruits, pickled apples, malt, and a hint of smoke in a slightly funky aroma. Moderately sweet with light notes of wood.

On tap at Threes in Brooklyn.
Pours a clear yellow with fine, wispy foam.
Smell is a bit smokey with notes of ham, biscuits and blood grapefruit.
Taste is smokey with notes of white wine, cured meat, crackers and citrus with a little bit of tartness.
Mouthfeel is thin, well carbonated.
Overall, a nice beer, well balanced and not overly smokey.
