Hazy, yellow color. Thin, white head. Yeasts, citrus, banana, and light spices in the aroma. Moderately sweet, with some bitterness for balance. Light.

Bottle from the brewery in Brooklyn. Pours a translucent light straw gold with finger of white head that dissipates, nice lacing, smell is woody white grape flesh, grape skin, apple juice, funky grass, hint of pineapple, taste is funky white wine, lychee, plum skin, apple seeds, herbal/grass, nice minerality, hint of pineapple and oak, feel is medium bodied, medium carbonation, mild acidity, dry. Fruity and funky white wine mineral water.
