Cloudy, orange color. Big, white head. Melon, tropical fruits, and citrus in the aroma. Soft, fruity, moderately sweet, and juicy taste. One of so many decent IPAs.

16oz can. Bottom stamp reads N-1102 10/26/23'.
Hazy, deep gold colored body. One finger of white head becomes some islands and a ring. Leaves behind stretched webs of lacing.
Aroma of lemon, mango, and orange.
Taste is a lot of peach, with mango, orange, lime, and lemon. Same for the aftertaste.
Thicker mouth feel. Hop expression is high but no burn. Overall sweet. Good carbonation.
Right to style.

From the bottom of the can: "N -110 2 10/26/23"
Appearance: The body is a medium-light shade of gold which is very hazy. It is difficult to see much more than a fuzzy shadow through the glass. It has a large to very large sized head which is pure white and has some dimples across the surface. The foam looks rather compact and it has excellent head retention. Lacing looks a bit like soap suds but it doesn't form a lot of lacing on the glass.
Aroma: Just from moving the glass around to look at it, the beer was emitting an aroma of citrus with a bit of orange and some grapefruit. Getting closer to the glass, the beer has a stronger grapefruit and orange aroma. There is a bit of a wildflower scent as well.
Taste: It has an orange marmalade flavor up front. It stays pretty consistent with a light orange marmalade flavor all the way to the finish. It has a bit of grapefruit rind near the back end. It is a pretty simple and single-tone beer but it tastes pretty nice.
Mouthfeel: The body is light and it has just a light bit of hop bitterness which could be compared to citrus bitterness in an orange juice. It is very easy to drink. The label on the can states that this is "8% ALC/VOL" and it drinks like a much lighter beer. Although the can states that this is simply a "MOSAIC DOUBLE IPA" it fits with what one would consider a New England Double IPA.
Overall: As a whole it's a good beer. It has a very simple and somewhat light flavor profile of what tastes like orange marmalade, but it's nice enough to make the beer enjoyable to drink. It probably isn't something I would buy often but I would definitely drink it again. It's good enough to recommend a single can or pour.

A murky off-yellow color on the pour with a fluffy white head of foam and good spotty lacing. The nose is decent with hops and slight tropical fruit. Rather hop forward on the first few sips. Lots of concentrated and sharp hop notes upfront. A smooth flow that finish all so slightly bitter. Decent fruit notes - although a bit muddled at times- of melon, mixed berries, grape, and tangerine. A light/moderate mouthfeel that drinks juicy and crisp. A touch on the sweet side as well.
Overall, its a pretty standard/average nesipa. I'm guessing mosaic centered? No idea what the hell the rice does or adds.

A: The beer is very to cloudy pale yellow in color. It poured with a quarter finger high dense white head that has very good retention properties and consistently left a short head covering the surface and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of honeydew melon are present in the nose along with notes of herbal hops and hints of peaches and pineapple.
T: The taste is a near mirror image to the smell and has additional hints of passionfruit. No bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and a bit juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: The use of rice in this beer really lightens up the body and the juiciness of the hops makes it feel like a "lite" version of a New England IPA.
