Sour IPA w/ Passionfruit and Mango brewed with J. Wakefield.
A- Wine glass from the draft with a cloudy yellow orange body. No head and no lace.
S- The mango aroma is on point with fresh mango flesh dominating the nose. It gives way to hints of passionfruit and dank hops. Mango puree like a boss, wow. Some lactic bugs in the back.
T- The passionfruit grows but the mango profile here is still extremely strong and fresh. Mango pulp leads to passionfruit puree which forays into the hops with notes of melon, dank weed, citrus and bubble gum. Lactic sourness is medium. Tropical sour juice.
MF- Creamy and substantial medium body. Fluffy and smooth high end carbonation.
Mango is unreal here and it only gets better when the passionfruit, sourness and hops join the party.
