IPA hopped with Galaxy and Amarillo
We hand-select our hops. When we find a special lot, we sign up for a bunch. That's what happened with the Amarillo used to brew this batch of Crying on the Inside. We were so blown away by the quality that we ended up doubling down. We found it to be less resinous than other Amarillo we've come across, more bright grapefruit- and lemon spritz-forward.

Cloudy orange. One finger thick, white head. A mix of tropical fruits and malt in the aroma. Stronger than usual ( for NE IPA) bitterness in taste. Good.

Such an easygoing IPA can pour. Tried and true. Nothing extravagant. But more subtle and less punchy than Logical Conclusion which was a breakthrough IPA for them but I felt too sweet at times. Maybe I'll find this on tap one day too.

Can purchased at Gusto at the Rochester airport.
This one pours a fairly hazy golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like pine, marijuana, stone fruit, bubblegum, blood orange and grassiness.
Even though their IPA names indicate they don’t always like making IPAs, they do manage to make them well. This is pleasantly bitter and resinous, with a bubblegum, peach, blood orange sweetness, along with some dry grassiness.
This is dry, bitter, and pretty drinkable, with a nice smooth finish.
Threes continued to be one of the best breweries in NY.

Pours a hazy gold. Big foam. Tangy hop aroma. Big citrus hop flavor. A light sweetness. Fades to a slight bitterness. A little alcohol taste at the end. I don't know about crying on the inside but I'm definitely thirsty on the inside.

A: Pours a slightly hazy pale yellow in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and moderate lemon yellow + bright yellow + pale golden yellow + pale apricot colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense sudsy pillowy foamy bright white head that reduces to a couple of small to medium sized patch of medium thick film surrounded by a large patch of slightly mottled very thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate to significant amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate to strong aromas of stone fruit/peach + stone fruit/apricot + tropical/pineapple + tropical/papaya + citrus/lime hops over the top of light to moderate aromas of biscuit + pale + wheat malts with a light amount of sugary sweetness.
T: Upfront there are light to moderate flavors of biscuit + pale + wheat malts with a light amount of sugary sweetness. That is followed by moderate to strong flavors of stone fruit/peach + stone fruit/apricot + tropical/pineapple + tropical/papaya + citrus/lime hops which impart a light amount of bitterness which lingers slightly leaving some light tropical hop flavors behind.
M: Light to medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Slightly crisp initially with a very light amount of creamy soft/fluffiness and a light amount of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a pleasantly crisp + soft + dry mouthfeel. Enjoyable combination of stone fruit + tropical + citrus hop flavors and aromas. Could easily have a couple of these.

Served in a tulip glass from the can.
Appearance: hazy gold with heavy bubbles on the body with a semi thick white head rising half a fingers length.
Smell: Floral, light Grapefruit zest.
Taste: Smooth not too complex floral and citrus juices. Has a malt.bite to the brew.
Mouth: Semi sticky body, sharp carbonation.
Overall: Good brew, nice as as starter brew for the night. Will work my way up later. For the price at costco, i think it was worth the grab. Salud!

Pours hazy yellow color. A moderate sized foam head retains well. There is lots of sticky lacing.
Aromas of tropical and stone fruit, including peach, apricot, pineapple and mango. Notes of lemon and lime as well as a late development of dank and grassy aromas.
Hops forward, as a creamy malt and crisp cracker base supports juicy and spicy hops along with a dry palate. More herbal and spicy than the aroma indicated, with notes of peppercorn, grass, pine and earth. Nevertheless, it is juicy, albeit dry, with a more bright and citrusy character, including grapefruit, orange, lemon and lime, as well as pineapple and peach. The finish is dry and spicy and there is a developing bitterness.
Medium bodied with a lightness that’s good for drinking. The mouthfeel is slightly creamy and smooth, yet there is some prickliness from the hops. The carbonation is moderate.
Solid IPA all around that has a nice spice to it and is easy to drink. I would have again.

Poured from a 16oz can into a high sided tulip glass.
Look is a slightly hazy orange yellow with a thin white head.
Aroma is light herbal lemon.
Taste is more of that bitter herbal lemon like a strong tea.
