Clear, Golden color. Medium-sized, white head. Hay and grain in malty aroma. Crisp, malty taste with decent hoppy bitterness. Refreshing and easy to drink.

A: The beer is clear yellow in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a finger high bright white head that has very good retention properties.
S: Moderate aromas of bready hops are present in the nose along with notes of grassy hops.
T: The taste follows the smell and has flavors of grassy hops along with notes of bready malts. There is a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels nearly medium-bodied and crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer has pleasant aromas and flavors of grassy hops without being overly hoppy.

Poured from a can (4/28) into what's basically a highball glass

L; clear straw gold with a nice, thick white head. Dissipates after a minute or so, leaves thick white lacing. Moderately effervescent

S: Saaz comes through, herbal/earthy/floral. Hops dominate, malt aroma lurks in the background providing a nice foundation

T: Saaz again delivers (properly bitter, herbal and floral), but I think the malt here really shines. Cracker, flour, white bread. Crisp, very refreshing, medium/long finish sticks around a while after the swallow

F: body a bit more full than I expected but by no means a drawback. Medium/high carbonation, coats the mouth, smooth

O: delicious pilsner that delivers on both the hop and malt front. basically downed my glass while writing this review, was hard to stick to small sips!
