This was the eleventh iteration of All Together that I was able to get my hands on as this beer was the first one that I bought at Threes new location in Greenpoint. I hadn't had anything from them in a very long time but I was eager to give this a go since most of what I had from them was quite enjoyable and nicely crafted. Yes, this was very similar to most of the other All Togethers that I had but it was an easily enjoyable beer without any rough edges or notable deficiencies!

The hue to this was a milky melon with some sediment in it as a few large clumps ended up settling at the bottom of the liquid well before I got down to that. Enough head topped this off as it softly settled but the lacing left behind was only in the form of a few light splotches just above the middle of my pint glass. Lots of melon, oats, barley, and dank hops in the varied nose as the taste was full of all of those on top of the usual yeast strain that I expected from a Threes beer. Slick, balanced, and just sour enough to feel like champagne, this was a bit different than the All Togethers that I had leadng up to this but this got very nice as it warmed up although the taste may have been a bit offsetting for those who wouldn't appreciate something as nuanced as this.

The ABV on the can was listed at 7.0% and not the 6.5% listed on the can although that didn't even make a difference as I couldn't tell the difference. A lively carbonation, bright lime aftertaste, and hints of forest and weed from the Mosaic and Simcoe left me wanting more as there was a subtle Citra slickness that tied everything in together. Canned on 5/12, this felt nice but the sediment was a bit surprising that I didn't let this sit like so many beers that I've had in recent months. Glad to get my hands on this as the label was not like the other All Togethers, but kept the spirit of the project as it had the logo and the graphics found on other offerings from Threes. This was a nice IPA that was pleasing and lightly engrossing from start to finish!

A WORLDWIDE COLLABORATION BREWED TO SUPPORT HOSPITALITY PROFESSIONALS.

Can to snifter.

LOOK: medium haze in light yellow color. wispy white head, pretty good retention.
AROMA: lime, grass, rain washed pavement. Late general tropical fruits.
TASTE: lime/citrus, earth, slight pineapple. touch of a sour bite in the finish.
FEEL: light carbonation. slightly silty. medium to light body.

A nice IPA. nothing special in a beer sense, but some good quality and above average tasty. Certainly special in that it is being brewed for a nice cause to support those who may be struggling to make ends meet in the COVID environment.
