Canned 2021/01/20
Pours a med to larger frothy 1.5 finger head with good retention, messy lacing, mostly clear some sediment haze med golden tan color
Nose grainy crackery pilsner malts, a little dough, cereal and a little fruity note brings light fruity pebbles in the background, herbal grassy hops, a bit lemony, lemongrass and dandelion floral character
Taste brings more cereal grain, not a ton of malt, cracker and a bit of dough, pilsner malt, more light fruity pebbles notes, and some fruity notes, grassy herbal hops, a touch more lemongrass and floral herbal flower flavors, a touch of a tangy fruit on the back end, mild sticky sweet finish but mostly dry, more lemongrass hoppy and fruity characters lingering
Mouth is med to a bit fuller bod, med fizzy carb
Overall meh, it's not bad but had some characters that I felt shouldn't be there, especially the fruity pebbles and tangy fruit notes, a bit sweet sticky on the finish, not sure how much I like the floral dandelion flowery character either, but not too bad overall

Poured from a can (26Jan2021) into a tall pilsner glass
L: pours a perfectly clear (seriously!) light yellow gold (srm ~2) with a thick white head. Fades after a minute but leaves a solid head, along with some chunky lacing. No visible carbonation
S: what an amazing nose! Light and spicy, those Czech hops and malt shining. Get pepper, floral notes, bit of biscuit and under baked bread
T: follows the nose very well, malt leads with a slight bit of hop character. Get some grassy notes, dough, and hay. A bit of earthy spice to it, nicely rounded swallow imagine that’s the foudre at work. Flavor is excellent, even before considering it’s 3.9%!
F: medium carbonation, medium body, has a nice and rounded feel while being very refreshing and drinkable
O: Threes makes amazing lagers and this one is no different. Delicious, refreshing, and coming in sub-4%, love it

Poured from a 16 oz can dated 1/26/21 into the the pilsner glass
A - Excellent clarity, golden straw color, gently carbonated. A white froth is quick to receed. Lacing is beautiful.
S - Pilsner malt for sure, some white bread rising, add earthy noble hops, with the slightest hint of lemongrass
T - Mirros the nose, with excellent malt expression.
M - Soft on the palate, semi sweet start, then a nice bitterness pokes in to say hi. Finish is quick and dry
O - A very good Pilsner, the Foeder treatment adds that soft touch. Worth the effort to find and enjoy.
