Slightly hazy, copper color. Good looking, white head. Malt, pine, and citrus in the aroma. Malty backbone, strong enough hoppy bitterness. Simple but good.

A: The beer is rather hazy and pale amber yellow in color. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that died down but never completely faded away and consistently left a short head covering the surface and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of kumquat are present in the noose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has some notes of grapefruit towards the finish along with a light to moderate amount of bitterness.
M: It feels nearly medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This pale ale is quite tasty and delivers a strong dose of Riwaka hops in both the smell and taste.
Serving type: can
