This Czech Pilsner is akin to Lifeworld, our 12ยบ Czech Pils, but is completely transformed after 6 weeks spent in our foudre. Floral undertones emerge alongside notes of bergamot and spring honey. Foudre fermentation adds layers of flavor and a pillowy softness that can't be replicated by fermenting in stainless steel.

Clear straw with nice carbonation. Light oak foudre aroma and flavor; not overdone. Nice bready notes. Good balance of flavors. Light to medium bodied and refreshing.
