A foudre-fermented Vienna Lager. A low-temperature mash and periodic, measured dosing of German Saaz throughout the boil. Includes cool ferment with a house lager yeast, followed by six weeks conditioning in the foudre.

Enjoyed at the source. Honeyed-amber in color, with a pleasant malt backing and a smooth, rounded finish. Touch of hops bring it in focus.
