On tap at Mohawk Taproom in Scotia, NY.
This one pours a fairly clear golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like floral, lilac-like hops, lemon and lime zest, fresh cut grass, and doughy bread.
This is just so pleasant. Almost nothing can top regular old Tipopils in this category, but this is pretty close to being in the same room. It’s spicy, floral, with very little sweetness. There’s lemon, lime, and a wonderfully doughy and crackery malt backbone.
This is light bodied, clean, and super crisp, with a fantastic drinkability.
The moment I saw Threes was doing a tribute to Tipopils I had to order it.
