Vic Secret is the second-most-grown hop in Australia behind Galaxy, and its high oil content make it a top candidate for dry hopping and maximizing aroma. We combined it with select Citra and Mosaic for additional layers of tropical fruit and dank flavor.

16oz can.
L: Hazy, pale terracotta colour with a one-finger head that collapses quickly but leaves rings of lacing.
S: Woody, and with a hint of fresh ginger.
T: Pineapple? Some. Seville orange? Yes (bitter citrus, not rich marmalade). There’s also something akin to fruit-flavoured boiled sweets. More delicate than I was expecting from the blurb on the can though and certainly more delicate than I was expecting for its hefty 7% ABV.
F: Full body with an almost rich mouthfeel.
O: An earthy NEIPA. Not juicy, not particularly dank, not piney or vinous. Just earthy, with a citrus/tropical fruit backdrop.
