Clear golden body with a white head and bands of lacing. Smells of breast yeasty, yeasted loaf actually, slight lemon zest and floral hops. Taste is hoppier in a pale way, yeast more grainy to go with the fresh baked, lemon zest, floral hops, and slight mineral water. Feel is crisp and light, somewhat grainy, and bright. New world but done well

This pours a rich, clear straw yellow, brief 1" head that dissipates to a solid coaster of foam, nice streaks of lacing. Nose is lemongrass, grassy hops, sourdough starter, soda crackers. Taste is earthy and grassy hop up front with a doughy, bready dinner roll quality mid-palate and through the finish. Feel is very soft and oily with only a trace of carbonation. Overall, I enjoyed this, but would have appreciated a crispy and cleaner feel on it.
