Canned 2025/01/21
Pours a frothy fizzy almost 2 finger head with fair retention, a touch of lacing, clear golden tan color
Nose starts with typical German pils, grainy-sweet pilsner malt, straw, doughy cereal malt, giving way to floral herbal noble hops that get a touch spicy and faint citrusy,
Taste brings more malt up front, cereal grainy pilsner malt, a bit of straw, mild doughy notes, again quickly turning to hops with herbal mild spicy noble hops, a little floral, med hop bitterness up front, dry semi crisp semi soft finish with lingering higher spicy hop bitterness, starting more German style then giving way to Czech style
Mouth is med bod, soft lager, higher frothy carb
Overall solid pilsner, def somewhere between Czech and German, nicely done in general
