This one pours a clear golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells deliciously piney and forest-ish, with orange peel, and bready malt.
I love spruce tips in beer, and this is a near perfect application of it. The spruce just gives this the most zippy, piney, and refreshing bitterness, earthy in the cleanest way possible. There’s a touch of crackery malt, too.
This is light bodied, clean, crisp, and stupid drinkable.
I love this idea and I love this brewery, and I love myself while drinking this one.
