9th Anniversary Lager - Blended German Style Pilsner
Tasting Notes: Dried Jasmine, Golden Crust, Honey Blossom, Light Oak, Floral Bouquet, Best of Both Worlds
A gold medal winner at the 2024 NYS competition. This German-style Pilsner is an amalgam of technique, artfully combining a bunch of beer cold conditioned in out oak foudre with another cold conditioned on whole-leaf Noble hops. Complex and characterful, soft yet saturated.

Cloudy pale yellow pour with a huge white head and tons of lacing all over the glass. Pale grain and country bread loaf meet lemon peel and lime zest, floral hops, hint of honey and oak in the nose. Taste is centered on the floral hops softly but constantly massaging the bready and pale grainy tones, with lime emerging as a rising star by the end of the sip, subtle oak, honey, hay and crisp malts in the background, complex for style. Feel is pale and crisp, with medium-light weight and yeasty smoothness with dotted oak and hops textures here and there while staying soft overall. This is beautifully crafted! Would be ideal for later spring time

Clear, golden color. Big, white head. Bread, hay, honey, and some oak in the aroma. Malty, crisp taste with good bitterness/sweetness balance. Well done.
