On tap at Moor Room in Buffalo, NY.
This one pours a very light straw yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like hay, straw, pine, and biscuits.
This is pretty light but there’s still a surprising amount of flavor for how low the ABV is. It’s super crisp and clean tasting, with a minerally bitterness, some floral notes, hay, straw, a touch of zesty pine, and a biscuity and crackery maltiness.
This is very light bodied, clean, and super drinkable, with a slight bite on the finish that’s very enjoyable.
Threes is one of the few breweries that I’d really expect to nail a sub 4.0 ABV pilsner.
