Beer on tap (50cl), tasted in 2005 (Nantes, Les 3 Brasseurs has many pubs in France).
Appearance : clear golden amber color, with white foam head (not pesistent).
Smell : yeast fruity (citrus ?), caramel and spicy aromas.
Taste and mouthfeel : average in the mouth with a watery texture. Yeast fruity taste slightly sweet. slightly bitter hop with a slight fruity finish.
Drinkability : a good beer in the "bière de mars" style
