On tap from a 5L keg.
Appearance: Deep amber hue, nearly brown to the eye. Head retention is fine even though the lace is thin.
Smell: Big bubblegum aroma, some malt and hops but the phenols and other by products are on top.
Taste: Rolling hop bitterness drops off as soon as the phenol activity picks up with bubblegum and cotton candy like flavours. Mild fruity esters. Toffee malt is solid with a leathery dry finish.
Mouthfeel: Adequately smooth, thin moderate body.
Drinkability & Notes: Mild flavours other that the expressive phenols, lacks in complexity as seems a little bland in my eyes.
