If I had sampled the beer in the winter I may have been much more satisfied. It went down fine, but had a bit much of a nutmeg flavor.
Little head evident
Floral aroma, at this point I'm ready to taste the bitterness of the hops
Flavor dominated by nutmeg, some traditional Irish red flavor but mostly nutmeg, a bit more hop presence would also have been nice
Not a bad beer for a small brewpub in Nebraska, I will go back, and I will try the Nut Brown, if they combine the Nutmeg from the irish red to the nut brown, then lookout!
