Blissfully Blonde

Malt aroma, with subdued hops. Little head retention. Very pale,light straw, color. Good malt character with mild hop bitterness. Light-medium bodied with light carbonation. Finishes very clean with some residual malt flavor. This is a good summer session beer and an intro to craft beer.

Brewer's Notes:
This pale summer beer is sure to delight with its delicate balance of pilsner malt and noble hops. The cool ale fermentation gives the Blonde a slight fruitiness that heightens the refreshing character.
