Look: Hazy orange-yellow with a two finger white head of foam that stays forever.
Smell: Dry wheat with a strong citrus and spice backing. Mild hop scent.
Taste: Bright wheat and citrus, like Blue Moon turned up to 10. Very little bitterness.
Mouthfeel: Average thickness, very high carbonation.
Overall: The platonic ideal for hefeweizen. Extremely refreshing.
