two finger white head. Murky pale golden. Orange, wheat and grains form the standard hefe aroma. Wheat and citrus, mostly banana and tangerine with clove and herbal notes.. Simple but full flavored, well balanced and very good. Light to medium and mid to high carb. Very drinkable. One of their best seasonals.

7/7/09 This is by far my favorite offering to date from 7B. I would return to drink it again, and look fwd to future visits, chats and brew with Brian and staff.
4.5 across the board, 5.0 on drinkability since I really really enjoyed this brew.
Appearance was cloudy yellow straw in color. Excellent head, retention and lacing.
Smell included smooth banana and clove notes.
Taste was light and refreshing in flavor , crisp citrus hop and wheat malts on the palate, followed by lingering banana notes on finish.
Mouthfeel was medium in body and medium+ in carbonation.
Nice work Eric! You surpassed my expectations, I can honestly say this is the best wheat beer I have had from a brew pub to date!

this review is of the 2008 version. drank a couple in 2007 and wasn't nearly as impressed (in 2007 there was an off aroma of something like detergent and lemon predominated at the expense of everything else)
slightly hazey, straw colored, big fluffy head
oh yeah this 08 model balances banana, clove and lemon and lets you know it's really a hefe
lots of nice, fine carbonation
smooth and easy to drink
