Vienna Lager
Seven Bridges Grille and Brewery

A - Poured with a large, white head of dense foam on top of a light orange body with brilliant clarity. Good retention and lace.

S - Aromas of bready malt with some honey and light herbal hops.

T - Biscuit-like malt flavors with some honey and gram cracker notes in the middle. Light caramel in the finish with more malt and some light herbal hops and bitterness.

M - Medium body, high carbonation, and a slightly dry finish.

D - This is a nice, malty lager that is simple and balanced. It may not be particularly complex, but it is very sessionable.

appearance: copperish, light brown, but actually had a great head and retained well

smell: very faint smell of hops

taste: lacked a lot, tasted like a macro actually, unpleasant aftertaste

mouthfeel: good carbonation and thin

drinkability: I guess easy, but lacked the beer qualities I would like to see in a Vienna Lager. They need to work to this.
