A - Pours with half a finger of off white foam on a dark brown body. The head fades quickly and leaves light lace.
S - Fruity yeast with a little bit of caramel and plum.
T - Fruity malt up front with notes of plum and caramel. Some honey and darker sugar in the middle. finishes with spicy yeast and a hint of molasses.
M - Medium-thick body, moderate carbonation, and a somewhat dry finish.
D - A nice level of malt and yeast complexity, but drinkability suffers from the relative thickness of the beer.

A: amber with red/orange hues. Quarter finger head
S: a little sweet, some dark fruit.
T: more dark fruit in the taste, not too much of a hop taste but this is making it not as bitter as some belgian dubbels. Caramel notes.
M: very smooth, moderate carbonation and light bodied.
Overall; very drinkable. The alcohol is mildly apparent which I deem a plus. Very good brew.
