A: clear brown with red hues. Two finger thick head with excellent retention though leaves little lace.
S: somewhat sweaty, nutty and little sweet.
T: starts with mild nutty taste with a fairly nice honey finish, much more prevalent than other honey infused beers. Some hops in the finish.
M: no carbonation to speak of as it is casked. Smooth and medium bodied.
Extremely drinkable. I hope this one comes back soon.

A - poured with a finger and a half of off white foam on a dark, amber brown body with good clarity. The head has excellent retention and lace, as expected.
S - dark honey and toasted malt with lightly grassy hops.
T - thick, brown malt up front with some honey. Darker toffee and a hint of molasses in the middle. Finishes with light bitterness and more dark honey.
M - medium-thick body, low carbonation, and a surprisingly dry finish.
D - very nice, an appropriate beer for cask conditioning.
