A - poured with one and a half fingers oud white foam on top of a hazy, golden brown body. The foam settles at a moderate pace and leaves nice, thick rings if lace on the glass.
S - lots of bready malt with Hint of floral honey character and just a touch of hop character.
T - bready malt up front with a bit of pine hop flavor in the middle. Some thicker malt character in the finish with moderate bitterness and a touch of honey lingering on the palate.
M - medium-thick body, low carbonation, and a slightly sweet finish.
D - quite drinkable, though neither the honey character nor the hops are as pungent as the name led me to expect.
