A: two finger head, frothy ad excellent retention, some lacing. Clear amber.
S: mostly hops with a very mild spicy aroma which you have to search for.
T: the IPA is a little overwhelmed by the jalapeño. The spiciness isn't too much but the IPA flavors may not just not be strong enough.
M: medium body and no carbonation due to cask pour.
Overall: not very impressed really but this has to be a tough combination to pull off. A nice attempt.
