Handpulled. Two finger thick head and off white. Nice crimson and brown hazy body. Sweete caramel malt with a nice subtle citrus aroma. Light musty hop note as well. Flavor initially is malty but transitions quickly to a nice slightly sweet citrus and toasted flavor with a nice hop finish. The honey is well represented which is rare for honey flavored beers. Thick bodied and very mildly dry finish. Overall a very nice beer. The honey and hops blend very well.

A - poured with one finger of off white foam on a clear, amber body. The foam fades slowly and leaves nice lace.

S - rich, dense malt with caramel, dark bread, spicy hops and red apple.

T - sweet toffee up front with some red apple yeast. Caramel and more fruity yeast in the middle. Finishes with thick malt, notes of honey and plum and well as moderate hop character.

M - medium thick body, moderately low carbonation, and a set finish.

D - thick, intensely malty and surprisingly drinkable for a beer with such a sweet finish.
