This brew pours a hazy light golden hue with average carbonation that leaves behind a one finger head that quickly recedes to leave little lacing, the smell is really dominated by the strong aroma of sticky toffee and some caramelized fruit,it has an average mouthfeel which is definately on the light side and the carbonation is very little and has tastes of toffee, caramelized pears and ends with a super smooth toffee finish and to be quite honest its a pretty average drop that tastes alot like a beefed up lolly water and probably the worst sampling i have had from this brewery so far and for that i dont see myself revisting this brew anytime soon thats for sure.

On-tap at Norrebro Bryghus in Copenhagen.
Pours a slightly hazy dark amber color with a half-finger off-white head. The head recedes into a patchy layer on top leaving decent lacing.
Smells of grainy caramel malts with hints of toastiness.
Tastes similar to how it smells. Toasted caramel malt flavors kick things off and are joined quickly by mild amounts of nuttiness. Midway through the sip very small amounts of earthy hop flavors work their way into things and carry through to a moderately bitter ending.
Mouthfeel is good. It's got a solid thickness with decent carbonation.
Drinkability is OK. I didn't have a problem finishing my glass however I'm not sure I'd like another.
Overall I wasn't a huge fan of this beer but at the same time it certainly wasn't terrible. A cross between an amber and a brown not worth seeking out but also not worth avoiding.

The colour is pale amber; the liquid is clear. The finger thick head slowly sinks down to an airy white lid, leaving no lacing.
The smell is hoppy with some alcohol and bitter hints. Perfumed hints of fruits and cream and a touch of roasted nuts.
The taste is creamy with mild malty sweet notes of French loaf, hazel nuts, fruity hops and some bitter notes. The bitterness grows in the quite long aftertaste, which also got notes of fresh fruits and whipped cream.
The carbonation is mild, the small bubbles soft. The liquid is semi-smooth.
A highly drinkable and refreshing ale.
