On-tap at the brewpub in Copenhagen.
Pours a clear copper color with a one-finger off-white head. The head recedes into a thin layer on top leaving solid lacing.
Smells of bright citrus and floral hops backed by mildly grainy pale malt aromas. As the beer warms hints of tropical fruit hop aromas also waft out.
Tastes good. Grainy pale malt flavors with mild amonuts of sweetness kick things off and are joined shortly thereafter by good amounts of citrus hops with hints of tropical fruit and earthy notes. The hops carry through to a mildly bitter ending.
Mouthfeel is good. It's got a nice thickness with moderate carbonation.
Drinkability is also good. I finished my glass without any problems and could have another.
Overall the hops in this beer really stand out in the aroma although unfortunately they don't translate as well to the flavor profile. Even as it is it's a solid beer that's worth a shot.
