On-tap at Norrebro Bryghus in Copenhagen.
Pours a hazy light golden color with a half-finger white head. The head recedes into a wispy layer on top leaving solid lacing.
Smells of pilsner malts with a good deal of bread-like aromas. Rounding everything out are sharp grassy and earthy hops.
Tastes very similar to how it smells. Thick pilsner malt flavors with good amounts of bread-y flavors kick things off and are soon joined by grassy hop flavors that have a slightly musty quality. The hops carry through to a mildly bitter and crisp ending.
Mouthfeel is good. It's got a nice thickness with moderate carbonation.
Drinkability is very good. I finished my glass quickly and could easily have a few more.
Overall this reminded me of some of Victory's unfiltered Prima Pils series. A very nice beer that remains crisp despite the additional heft added by the flocculent yeast. Worth a shot.

This is a super rare beer brewed for Norrebro only by a gentleman who is in the process of getting his own brewery going...The beer pours a light straw with a nice white head and retention. The aroma and taste are both light hops with a light bitter easy. Easy to drink, very good.
