Copenhagen 12/6 2021. 44 cl can from Mad & Vin, Magasin, Kbh. K. Two dragons playing playstation in a couch in a ghostly purple light on the can.
Pours opaque, hazy golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as thin patches of foam floating aimlessly around. No lacing to speak of.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, fruity and slightly fermented odor with some sharp citric notes. Sweet peach and apricot. Whiff of booze and fermented fruit. Grapefruit and citrus.
Medium strong carbonation. Medium thick, oily. lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a medium strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and lingers for a while. Finish is dry with a boozy streak.
Decent and fairly intense take on a NEIPA despite a modest ABV.
