Copenhagen 3/6 2021. 44 cl can from Østerbro Vin & Spiritus (formerly Gunnar Madsen Vinhandel). A very self conscious and embarrassed cowboy in a male stripper outfit on the can.
Pours unclear almost neon yellow with a small white head. Bubbly. Settles as thin thin patch of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a subtle sweet fruity odor mingling with a more pronounced sourness. Oranges and a bit of white sugar. Lemon an citrus. Sour gooseberries.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick and viscous, sticky, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a light sweetness followed by a strong and a bit sharp sourness. Aftertaste is sour. Lingers for a bit. Finish is dry.
No nonsense Kettle Sour. Mostly sour - an not much else.
