Copenhagen 20/5 2021. 44 cl can from Østerbro Vin & Spiritus, Strandboulevarden, Kbh. Ø (formerly Gunnar Madsen Vinhandel). A couple of heavily armed juveniles on the can drawn in cartoon-style.
Pours unclear red with a small pink head. Very bubbly. Disappears leaving what looks like a cup of lemonade behind. No lacing.
Aroma is intense with sweet berries meeting sour fumes. Sweet raspberries and a touch of berries. Cool mint. Sour gooseberries and a touch of citrus.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong fruity sweetness followed by a slightly more moderate sourness. Aftertaste is sour with a sweet undertone and lingers for a bit leading to a dry finish.
A quite heavily flavored sour but interestingly adding mint to the mix.
