Collaboration with Brouwerij De Koninck.
The beer is a collaboration between two breweries: Nørrebro Bryghus from Copenhagen and the renowned De Koninck from Antwerp in Flanders. The beer offers spicy notes from Belgian ale yeast, perfectly balanced with fruity and fresh notes from American and New Zealand hops.

Copenhagen 24/8 2024. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Can in Nørrebro Bryghus' usual design in orange which always reminds me of the cover of a math book from seventies.
Pours slightly unclear golden amber with a big white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a sweet, fruity odor mingling with a bit of citrus fruit. Touch of yeast. Peach and pineapple. Humid cellar. Tangerine and lime.
Low carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, flat texture.
Flavor is moderately intense and a tad watery. Medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong tart, sourish bitterness. Aftertaste is tart but bit thin. Lingers shortly. Finish is watery.
Might be good together with a plate of cabbage. But a bit thin.
