Copenhagen 3/1 2023. 44 cl can from Vin de Table, Frederikssundsvej, Kbh. NV. Drawing of a Tyrannosaurus in a white skirt on the can.
Pours opaque, hazy, golden orange with a small white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin, layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing to speak of.
Aroma is medium intensewith a sweet, malty odor mingling with a bit of exotic fruit. Citric notes. Caramel and lightly toasted malts. Peach and mango. Whiff of grapefruit.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, quite flat texture.
Flavor is medium intensewith a quite strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a bitter undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Sweetish Indian Pale Ale. I would have expected a bit more zesty bitterness from af Tyrannosaurus in a skirt.
