Copehagen 14/5 2022. 33 cl bottle from Meny, Vermlandsgade, Kbh. S. Nørrebro Brewery's usual design which always reminds me of a math book cover. This time I light blue with a green dot surrounded by white and blue circular triangles.
Pours unclear - almost hazy yellow with a mid-sized bubbly white head. Disappears fairly fast leaving a murky lemonade-like substance behind. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet fruity odor mingling with a bit of spice. Sweet orange, white sugar, wine gums. Coriander. Subdues lime.
Light carbonation. Thin, oily, a bit greasy, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a strong sweetness followed by a moderate citric sourness. Aftertaste is sweet bordering on being sugary. Finish is sweet citrus fruit.
A quite sweet Wheat brew.
