Copenhagen 3/2 2020. 44 cl can from Ølhandleren in Give (Web-shop). A forest Elf caps with a protest sign about Elf Labour popping up.
Pours opaque dark brown with a medium-sized, bubbly, beige head. Disappears fairly fast leaving only a thin rim of foam running along the side of the glass. No lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense, sweet and with a solid whiff of alcohol. Brown sugar, chocolate, Roasted dark malts, cocoa, sweet, dark booze.
Light carbonation. Thick, viscous, fat, soft, almost flat texture. A little sticky.
Flavor has a strong sweetness followed by a more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet - almost sugary. With a light boozy burn.
A wholesome boozer with a vengeance.
