Copenhagen 25/5 2020. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Strange abstract drawing on the can looking like a sloppily drawn light poles and some tire tracks on white background.
Pours unclear yellow with a small white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as very thin patch of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a light malty sweetness and some citric notes. Sweet malts, cardboard and hay. Fresh grass and citrus concentrate peeking in.
Light carbonation. Thin, oily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet-ish and lingers shortly.
Does not fit my opinion of what constitutes a good Pilsener. Way too sweet and could use a little fizzy enthusiasm.
