Copenhagen 9/7 2017. 33 cl chubby bottle from Østerbro Vin & Spiritus. Confusing white and green label telling me that this is a Mojito Berliner Weisse. An Intriguing although strange combination.
Pours hazy pale yellow with small white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin patch of foam. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is sharp with a shitload of citrus and some mint lurking in the background. Some sugary quality in there as well. Quite acidic.
Very low carbonation verging on being outright flat and watery palate.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by pronounced sourness. Aftertaste is citrus and mint. Lingers for a bit. Finish is a tad watery.
Funny concept but a bit too flat to make it for me.
