Copenhagen 31/5 2019. 44 cl can from Østerbro Vin & Spiritus, Corner of Strandboulevarden and Østerbrogade (formerly Gunnar Madsen Vinhandel). Drawing of Berries running from their lives chased by Bears.
Pours murky burgundy with a medium-sized pink head. Settles as thin, patchy layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is tart yet sweetish and fresh. Unripe berries. Blue berries, black currant. Light citrus and grass. Light sugary sweetness but dominated by tart sourness.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively texture.
Flavor has medium strong lightly sugary sweetness. Followed by a stronger sourness. Aftertaste is sour and slightly acidic. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Nice and tart but a little thin. My daughter loved the pink foam.
