Copenhagen 11 2022. 44 cl can from Rema 1000, Frederikssundsvej, Kbh. NV. Drawing of a bowl full of foam and with a straw on the can.
Pours unclear, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head.A bit bubbly. Settles as thin, flimsy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Not much foaming bowl here. No lacing.
Aroma is moderately intensewith a light fruity sweetness mingling with a stronger tart, sour scent. Sweet strawberry and passion fruit. Sour gooseberries, bile and a yeasty touch of musty gym bag.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, greasy, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger tart sourness. Aftertaste is bitter with a weird touch of bile. Lingers for a while. Finish is semidry.
