Copenhagen 23/11 2018. 33 cl bottle from Meny Østerfælled Torv, Kbh Ø. As B.93 125 year Anniversary edition. When you are a 3rd league soccer club in Denmark you do not get an original beer but an alias beer. Silhouette of Soccer player on the label.
Pours slightly hazy, golden yellow with big, white head. Settles as 1 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Very moderate lacing.
Aroma is not particularly intense. Sweet malts nicely balanced by grassy bitterness. Gives a pretty fresh impression.
Strong carbonation. Thin, watery and very lively and prickly texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by quite strong and a little sharp bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and lingers for a bit. Finish is semi dry.
Solid very bitter Pilsener from Nørrebro. A fine addition to a cold lunch.
