Copenhagen 14/10 2017. 33 cl bottle from Østerbro Vin & Spiritus, Østerbrogade, Kbh. Ø. Little Chubby bottle with well designed label saying "Salt" and "Sour" in white and yellow letters.
Pours slightly dirty golden yellow with small white head. Disappears more or less in half a minute.
Aroma is weak. Rather sweet with tart notes. Not much else.
Light carbonation and watery palate.
The flavor actually is in accordance with the name. It is sour and salt. Light sweetness followed by medium sourness. Aftertaste is sour and salt.
Quite special and not my cup of beer to be honest. But they do get points for trying something new (or very old).
