Hazy IPA with large amounts of wheat and oats. Dry hopped with American Simcoe which gives extremely fresh and fruity notes!

Copenhagen 21/4 2018. 33 cl little chubby bottle from Østerbro Vin & Spiritus, Østerbrogade, Kbh. Ø. A very long text about The Illuminati on the label. A bit strange place to confirm the Illuminati on the label on a beer produced in a Protestant country.
Pours hazy - to the point of opacity - golden yellow with a very big white head. Settles as a frothy 2 cm thick layer of foam. Massive lacing.
Aroma is intense and fruity. Dominated by citric sourness and bitterness. Light tropical fruit and a shitload of grape fruit.
Soft carbonation and soft creamy texture.
Flavor is lightly sweet soon overpowered by strong sour bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Finish is dry.
Harsh but decent IPA which can dry out your sinuses.
