Copenhagen 6/7 2018. 33 cl little chubby bottle - the usual BRAW style - from Vin de Table, Frederikssundsvej, Kbh NV. Cryptic label with a glass of beer being transformed into a Brain - or vice versa.
Pours extremely hazy brackish yellow with a medium-sized white head. Settles as a thin, transparent layer of foam crawling up the side of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is intense and fruity sweet. Strong odor of exotic fruit. Peach, sweet Melon. Lighter notes of citric Grape fruit.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, kind of flat texture.
Flavor has rather strong sweetness. Followed by somewhat weaker bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with light bitter notes.
Good take on a NEIPA - fairly sweet with a more moderate bitterness. But the palate does not work for me.
