An APA with a strong hop bite. Not for the faint of heart.

Copenhagen 7/6 2016. 40 cl bottle from SuperBrugsen, Nørrebrogade, Kbh. N. Advertised as a very local beer. Simple label with "Nørrebro" spelled across the bottle.
Pours slightly hazy amber with a white head. Settles as a 0,5 cm thick layer of foam.
Aroma is sweetish and fruity with citric notes. A little fermented.
Soft carbonation and slightly thick palate.
Flavor is balanced between malty sweetness and citric bitterness with the bitterness winning out in the aftertaste. Semi dry finish.
I do not know what an American Pale Ale has to do with a district in Copenhagen - but ok APA.
